The Wellington, Welwyn

normally such great food and service, but returned recently to find not a great menu change and my chicken (�14) came luke warm, i asked for it to be reheated and it came very slightly warmer but very dry as from the beginning it had been cut in half, normally service is great but had a very very load person this time, who when we asked questions seemed to advertise the wellington and not answer our question. very much hoping it is a one off as normally its great.

The White Horse, Burnham Green

i wouldnt say it was townie mangement as suggested before,but the staff were young but all very friendly and helpfull. My husband and I enjoyed a steak and the fish of the day which was very enjoyable. it was a shame about the weather as i would have loved to sit outside near the pond. I liked the selection of music and decor, but unfortunately didnt try any beers or wines so cant comment on them. but i had a good visit and would return when in the area
