The Bank, Plymouth

I've been to this pub twice now, the first time was ok, i had the veggie wrap, it was nice, except really greasy! But we thought, hey why not go back again.. so we did! BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER! Should have just gone to spoons!

My boyfriend ordered the Classic Stacker, and asked for onion rings to be put on the side, our food came out and they were in the burger, so we said we asked for them to be on the side, so they took it back into the kitchen and came out with them on the side like requested, however, they'd just taken them out of the burger and put them on the side, and we could tell this due to the sauce from the burger was on them. We wanted the onion rings on the side due to the fact that im a vegetarian and i wanted to eat the onion rings, however i couldnt now! They didnt even apologise! Also the chips that came with the burger had only just got to the cooked stage, they still taste like a raw potato.

I ordered the sausage and mash with onion gravy. MY FAVOURITE! thought i was going to get some peas or something with it... didnt! 3 sausages that we're cold! (working in this industry i know that the food you serve has to be at about 70 degrees, it really wasnt! the mash i had on my plate was about the size of a table spoon, and there was no onions in my ONION gravy. Also, the service was a load of balls! Nobody seemed happy or cared about the customers, didnt chek on how the food was, came to clear our plates and all the chap said was "all finished here?" he didnt even ask us how our meals were.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN... DISGUSTING!
