The Lamb and Flag, Covent Garden

I popped in here when I was down London on a training course. Amazing inside and the staff were extremely friendly. Only comment was the lack of real, traditional ales. That said, the barman recommended this two different halfs of Youngs combination which went down a treat. Highly recommended.

The Cross Keys, Covent Garden

I was in London for a training course and my wife recommended this pub as she used to live nearby. An amazing, amazing place! Just what a pub should be. The 4 'real ales', I think Brodies were excellent although I found the Red 'challenging'. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great. Loved the staircase to the toilets. I would happily make the journey from Sunderland just to sit in there all day. Fabulous..
