Attended a recent function...fabulous service - thank you to the staff in making sure everything ran smoothly, the only hic cups where from me! loved the Gin specials.

'RedorDead' I must say you're very judgemental you really must try and get out a bit more and experience life to the full! Stop the personal vendettas and leave people alone!! I was recently told about this website through a colleague and I now find this site a very useful tool along with Trip Advisor. You do not speak for everyone only yourself I am also entitled to an opinion so I made it. I repeat...the Clock House is a great pub and if there's a job going I'll be the first to apply = ))

The Kings Arms was a dirty, smelly environment which housed the ways and strays...check the very early reviews for a taste of poor management. The Clock House is an amazing transformation and has held it's own ever since, always providing a top quality service. I live local and meet locals and the best place for community spirit is the Clock House. I and friends have always experienced a warm and friendly welcome and will continue to use this fabulous pub for many more months to come!
