The Old Ship, Hackney

Dont understand what the negativity is about from the previous reviwer, the food is fantastic, yes of course it is not fine dinning but the menu prices do resemble a pub with good food, where else can you get a venison, rare breed beef or Wild Burger for under �9.00??? This pub cum restuarant come hotel is very good and well recieved in my local area, who thought two years ago Hackney would have such a wonderful choice of eateries? Looking forward to my Sunday Lunch with the Old Ship.

Moved into the local area and what delight to find such a wonderful place to eat, the British Menu was refreshing,Wild Boar burger should be tried by everyone.
The down side to the property is that I understand they have boutique style hotel rooms which means the inlaws will be visiting more often!
