The Eight Bells, Bolney

Cracker! Has a restaurant (with excellent food) but still retains the English country pub atmosphere so rare these days. If you're heading to or from Brighton from London - or heading East West on the A272, make it your stopover for a good lunch. If you're staying anywhere near Bolney (or are happy to fork for a cab)then head down for a great night out amongst friends. First Sunday of every month has the 'Posh' Bob Quiz night. Every other Sunday offers free pool and all beer at �2.50 per night. What more could you want?
