The Bull Inn, Linton

My son, husband and I went for Sunday lunch 14th August 2011. We were very upset and distressed by the owner/managers barage of abusive.

Firstly our son has a very severe nut allergy which means he is very limited to the foods he can eat plus he and my husband do not eat the vegatables that were offered.
My son who is 17 was given two small slices of meat, 1 yorkshire and told to help himself to the potatoes which were not very nice. I asked the server for my son to have two more yorkshires explaining our situation although he gave them to him, he made a big deal about it. There was also sausage and stuffing on offer, however my son can not risk this.
After our meal and feeling annoyed by the service i asked to speak with the manager as soon as she came to the table she started shouting that we had eatern our meal and had not ordered a starter or sweet.
I tried to explain to her that my son could not eat them and therefore we do not and she was very rude, aggresive in front of the whole resturante. i feel disgusted by her behaviour and the fact we have been discrimanated for not being able to eat some of the food. i only wanted to ask her why she had a rule so ridged.
