The Nags Head, Walthamstow

Great beer garden in the summer and good jazz on Sundays (or there used to be!) Decor inside is a bit all over the place- only visit in summer when you can sit out the back. One of the nicer pubs in Walthamstow but as most of them are awful that's not saying all that much...

The Lord Palmerston, Walthamstow

Has really come along since I first moved to the area 3 years ago - would not have set foot in there before - but now its really vibrant, great food, great beer and so cheap - great to watch the football or play some pool.....
