The Ackhorne, York

This is a quality pub, especially at lunchtime. I visited the pub recently for lunch on a few occasions. The place was very clean and tidy, the staff friendly, the beer was good and the food tasty and reasonably priced. Couldn't fault a single thing.

The Two Sawyers, Canterbury

Visited the pub last week and a good quality pint of Guinness. A really cosy pleasant place to have a beer and read the newspaper. Young lady behind the bar was very efficient and kept the bar area very clean, which is a rareity these days.
