What is the problem, staff back stabbing, customers getting fewer and further between, how many health and safety laws going too be broken before pub closed. Pub needs 10 out of 10 for worst atmosphere, but 1 out of 10 for customer service. So called barman thinking its funny blowing off and talking about his sausage too what customers left, too barmaid and her cleaner mother being so loud, you can't even listen too sport on telly. Might as well save money now and not bother with trying too make something special, all best and friendliest staff gone, probably so new could ruin it!!!! Congratulations....they did what was wanted, pub ruined and irreparable

Never before have I witnessed a pub going so far down in such a short period of time. Seems to have replaced all old staff by what seems too be, lazy miserable and very rude young girl, all I have ever witnessed is complaining too 'management' bout others, thought this was happy friendly pub. Will not be going back til staff taught manners and friendliness too all customers

After taking my father out for treat, have too say food was absolutely fantastic but ruined by management giving out orders and clearly upsetting the atmosphere, food and service 10 out of 10! Thanks to very polite lad on servery, just shame others ruined what could have been excellent
