The Harwood Arms, Fulham

this place has definately gone massively down hill. we arrived and found out they did not have half of the wine on the wine list. food used to be a real winner but now our starters were only ok, then got handed a steak for main course which had been cremated on the outside. can still taste the burnt bits 12 hours later. the second steak i had was not cooked in the middle and again black on the outside. when i complained the manager said he tasted quite a lot of my first one and said it was fine and how their steaks are normally cooked. was not really sorry or bothered.
all the way through our meal the bar staff were eating their dinners behind the bar with their backs to the pub so you could not get their attention.
probably wont be going there again.
