The Dispensary, Liverpool

Been in here a couple of times since Christmas, still as good as the first time I called in years ago. Probably the best pint of Cains bitter I have tasted. Am due in here again on Saturday for a pub crawl (mates birthday).

Never had any problem with staff attitudes dispite the recentish comment. Always find them friendly. Probably in my list of top 5.

The Baltic Fleet, Liverpool

Called in last Thursday for a superb pint of their session bitter. Second visit in as many weeks. Not sure if the owner is still Simon but I used to work with his other half when I lived in Liverpool.

Still a superb pub, an oasis in an area which is fast becoming a builders paradise.
