The Ship, Linslade
A nice little pub. It has quite a few locals but they are all friendly. There is no feeling of entering and the clock stops as the door opens. Very friendly manager as well. Always seems happy to chat.
A very pleasent new years eve spent here. They even gave champagen to all at 12am with no entrance charge.
If you are in the area I would recommend a visit.
