The Old Plough, Ashton upon Mersey

An unpretentious little hostelry it's a pity the manager isn't. Not a bad pint of bitter when the manager's on his holidays. The staff very efficient and friendly, not bad food but the pub has an identity problem is it a football pub or a restaurant? type pub because the two don't sit together well.
