Shepherds Bush Walky is an experience that HAS to be had in London. A place to see your fellow countrymen and women really make Australia proud! It's a given that you have to be pissed when you arrive otherwise you just don't get it. Just remember, leave the camera at the hostel, wear covered shoes and don't wear anything white!!

The Laurie Arms, Hammersmith

This is a great pub, light and airy, great atmosphere, lovely staff and nice food. Perfect for chilling out in the afternoon. Clean pub too, nice toilets ladies!! Good clientele also, for being so close to The Palais you'd think the School Disco kids would take over, but anyone without ID was swiftly shown the door. I guess it help being close to the CopShop!!

The Hop Poles, Hammersmith

This pub is just dirty, when i dared to go in one time, the bloke on the door had the nerve to tell us that it would cost us 2 quid to get in. Me and my mates walked away in disgust. 2 whole quid to get into the Hop Poles?!?!?! Decent enough staff i'll grant you and I know some pretty decent clientele too. It's just old, outdated, with creepy, pervy blokes sitting by themselves waiting for the School Disco girls to have that one Reef too many. Not to mention that they don't seem to ask for ID very much either.
