Sankey's, Tunbridge Wells

I have been using this reataurant for around 10 years and always had great things to say and recommended it whenever asked. After my last visit however i will not be returning.
For a start we were told there were no Ice buckets for the white wine and eneded up having to go and find one not being used ourselves. Then the main courses came 3 of which being crab with no crackers or skewer to get the meat out with. After 20 minutes of asking for some. We were greeted by a young boy (owners son) who said he was in charge, and the crackers keep getting stolen so we should get the meat from crab claws with our knife and fork!
The boys attitude might have passed in a fast food restaurant but was well below par and very rude for what was once a very nice establishment.
