This is a response to the comment's made by jbpower21. I am the assistant manager of the Harwood arms and I was the one that dealt with your situation on said evening.I am appreciative of your feedback but please remain truthful when reporting such matters.
You failed to mention that I:
-Offered to get the chef
-Replaced your meal (2 steaks)
-Refunded your meal
-Apologised unreservedly
I take pride in my work and would love for you to come in again.
