Does the manager of this pub ever look on this website? If so have you noticed that everybody moans about your slow staff and don't you think you should do something about this?

I went in with friends on Thursday, waited 10 minutes to get served while your staff slowly wandered around, making some half arse attempt to serve some drinks (surely they're far to cool to be serving in a pub in Ealing) and after being ignored we decided to go elsewhere.

What did you get? As this isn't the first time (in fact I've had the same problem every time I've been in your pub) you've now pissed off customers who won't be coming back anytime soon, which is shame because this is the best pub in Ealing.

Have you ever considered getting staff in who know what they're doing and give a shit? Just a thought
