The Golden Heart, Shoreditch

Astonishing rudeness and belligerence! I wanted a pint but needed the loo first. The elderly woman behind the bar shouted at me and claimed that the toilets were not working. When I expressed some surprise at this, she advanced on me from behind the bar in a very confrontational way, clearly having prejudged (as she did with some other reviewers above) that I had simply come in to use the toilet. Why do breweries tolerate staff like this? Needless to say, I went for a drink elsewhere. The place was nearly empty and I could see why. Tracey Emin is welcome to it.

Does the name 'Golden Heart' break trades description regulations, I wonder?
