helen - i didnt actually post the previous comment though i think i know who did! a mischevious little "helper" - but i do agree with the content. the pub should be a good all round community pub and is let down by its reputation which is largely undeserved. we couldn't make a difference and damn near bankrupted ourselves trying - good luck to whoever takes it over next-one clue- give people respect and you get it back for the most part.we enjoyed the time we had there, and dont regret a second!its the best pub in the area for atmosphere, friendliness and humour

again as in the case of the brigadier - i think its funny that someone went to the bother of attacking the pub - and using my details - i do KNOW who that was - still think its funny - and to be fair as i dont drink in the pub wouldnt drink in the pub and dont know anyone who does drink in the pub i am not in a position to comment - THINK ITS FUNNY THAT THE ONE PUB I WOULDNT SAY A GOOD WORD ABOUT (lobster)HAS A GLOWING REPORT allegedly FROM ME!!!! work it out!

The Brigadier, Sale

am impressed that a comment has been made in my name - i actually use the brigadier - or did until the sender of the one of the comments ensured i was refused. only an idiot - or an ex staff member with a grudge - and dont think i dont know EXACTLY who that is would sign in on my account - details of which were on a notice board in my (ex) pub
so - no real loss - i thought the comments funny when they were brought to my attention, and i think they are funny now - no sense of humour some people! lets hope this is the worst thing ever to happen to them!
