The Oak, Teddington

Very poor customer service. Tried to hire out the "function room" as was advertised on a billboard outside the pub for my family get together. Once a deposit had been paid all of a sudden the function room was a "restaurant" and 4 days before the event was told that unless we have food it would be cancelled. Was not willing to pay 4.50 for one cheese and tomato sandwich. Beautiful surroundings, hoever if you are looking for a good frienly family get together would advise you to look elsewhere.

The Fountain, Twickenham

Wow!!! What a transformation. The pub looks fantastic. Friendly staff, willing to help, great food and a warm cosy atmosphere, what more could you want?
