The Waterside Inn, Fulham

If you're lucky enough to be able to find the entrance you many not entirely hate this pub. All the doors at the waterside actually look like windows, and on many occasions the people I've seen who were lucky enough to find a door handle on the outside of the building soon discovered that the door was locked and were promptly thrown back to square one. If they survived the resulting exposure from the elements I'd say the nearby QueCumBar Must have earned many extra frustrated patrons for this fact alone.

Once in, you can tell that this Youngs pub is located in the middle of a cheaply constructed block of flats for stock brokers and football players in need of a nearby pied-de-terre. It's overstated, overpriced, under staffed and the potions wouldn't feed a 3 yr old. I don't think even my tape worm was full after I ate the 9 chips on my plate. If you can put up with the hordes of hoo-raa-henrys laughing obnoxiously then maybe you'll find comfort from the look of mixed modern leather and traditional wood furnishings.

On the plus side, staff have always been friendly and professional when they have time to deal with you, and the barmaid was very pretty (of course this won't effect my rating :-)
