good all round pub and sports bar, ok might a bit loud at times but it is a sports bar. regular beers are ok but if you want real ale use the porterhouse. prices are not the cheapest but not the dearest either. good value food. they try ...which is a change these days.

The Moon in the Square, Bournemouth

the service is absoloutley appalling, always has been. staff don't give a toss, have no idea how to work a bar, no idea about what they are selling,the bar"managers" have'nt got a clue about customer service, and will do anything to avoid serving you. it's cheap but dirty, unkempt and dingy.there are a lot better places in town
