Upmarket underground bar in the centre of town. The only place in town that sells Veltins alongside mainstream beers. Regulars enjoy the quieter early evening; gets busy later on with mainly younger crowd, although older drinkers need not feel left out. Small TVs and a resident DJ twice a month.
Recently changed name from Milton's Bar, and previously Meltz Bar.

The Masons Arms, Bury St Edmunds

Good beer, no TV, fine pub food. A great spot to have lunch just off the main beat of the town centre. Quiz night Tuesdays and karaoke Thursdays.
