BAD BAD BAD!

Went to the restaurant part - booked for 5 but they only had a table for 4 - should have taken this as a bad omen. Chose to sit outside so we had more space. Ordered the lunch and drinks, and waited, and waited..... and waited... in all it was at least an hour for absolutely nothing in terms of food. We had ordered straight of the menu, so nothing special was likely to confuse the kitchen. My wife went to ask and they said that it was just coming out. Another guy was getting quite angry about his wait too. A minute or two later... JOY! a plate arrived, but before it was put down, the waitress was diverted to give it to the angry guy - near, but so far!!
Anyhow the guy got quite angry finding hairs in the food and sent it back. For us, no food looked like it was likely to arrive anytime soon, and no update from the waitresses as to what was happening or when we were likely to get any food. I went to ask if I could quietly speak to the manager - but after standing around for 10 mins waiting for him or her, I decided enough was enough and they really didn't give a damn (or were over their heads in running this business) and we all left. We walked out slowly, and no-one even stopped us.

Wasted a good Sunday afternoon - and had to find somewhere else. If you do have to go there, make sure they know that you want to eat that day.
