On Friday 20th July, my friends and I bought a round of drinks from the bar and sat at the table nearest to the kitchen door. Half an hour later, I stood up to allow my friend to head back to the bar when I was told "you're in the way" by a tallish member of female staff. When I explained I was allowing my friend to pass, she then said "why don't you sit down like a normal human being" followed by "you're still in my way" in a raised voice. At this point we decided wetherspoons, Wimborne would be a nicer place to drink. We opened the door to leave the venue and heard being shouted across the pub, from the kitchen "go to Wetherspoons then, bye, don't come back". We took the girls advice and never plan on returning. It's a wonder why the pub was practically empty that Friday and Wetherspoons was heaving!
