The Prince Albert, Greenwich

Still a great traditional pub, not many of these left. Great entertainment on weekends, karaoke, Elvis nights. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and the kindest regulars.
And well.., refering to a previous comment.. The 'poor quality' tvs have not attracted 'rough crowds' and 'chavs'. I have yet to see anyone younger than 20 years old, wearing a hoodie and cap, screaming football theme songs and throwing beer around. There has never been any trouble at the Albert and the new landlord is doing a perfect job. The installation of the televisions and regular entertainers has given the pub its popularity and great atmosphere. If it was such a bad 'chavvy' place, believe me, the respectable elders wouldn't be coming back every evening.
So yes daniel567...Ben has definitely stumbled across a Prince Albert in a parallel universe.
