Jacobs Inn, Oxford

i went here last weekend and unfortunately had a very bad experience, i ordered food(simple cod and chips) and chips were frozen in middle, i also had to complain about the drink, i had fosters sorry undrinkable! im not sure but i think the landlord was drunk and asleep in the bar area where customers sit. so overall wont be going back.the pub opposite is far superior, this is where i would recomend(if i can say that)

The White Hart, Wolvercote

visited this great little pub last weekend, one of the few pubs in Oxford that is just a boozer!has live music every friday and saturday, the atmosphere is superb your greeted like a local. four real ales on with one as a guest.just cant believe how nice this pub is, will definately be going back, and hey maybe actually become a true regular!
