nice for a drink on a sunny day (if you can get a table outside) - food not so good, which is a pity as it's a great location

The Plough, Fairford

Lovely pub with great homemade food. It's traditional pub food at really good value. When we went last week, the little garden looked lovely- a perfect place to sit and have a drink.
We had the ribs and a steak- both cooked perfectly and very generous portions. Would definitely recommend.

The Check Inn, North Wroughton

The thai food at the Check Inn is delicious!! It's always fresh and yummy. The bar staff are very friendly and the homemade puddings are great and change often. The pad thai is my favourite dish and my boyfriend likes the beer selection. You should try it if you haven't yet!!
