I enjoy cooking (26yrs years)and think of myself as a "very good cook". I have very high standards when it comes to food and I know when excellent food has been prepared and served (as I would in my own kitchen).
Many be I am too fussy, but when food has been prepared and cooked with care, and after eating "muck" in many established and recommend resturants, I know excellent food when I TASTE and ENJOY it.

Three Crowns, Brinkworth
An 1st class, excellent pub.
I think of myself as being a "good cook", preparing and enjoying real food over the past 26yrs. You can't beat real food with real flavour in your own kitchen.
After eating "muck" from well established and recommended resturants/pubs I thought of giving up eating out and to cook more at home.
However, recently I visited The Three Crowns and it was a revolution, home from home atlast.
The Three Crowns at Brinkworth is a place where food is fresh, has been prepared with care, where excellent flavours have be used, where imagination and creativety has been shown, where REAL FOOD can be experienced and savouyed, in a very sociable, traditional and relaxing enviroment.
A very highly recommend pub. This will become "my" resturant from now .
