Much improved by the current licencee; it now has two Cask Marqued real beers. Sky Sports in the bar. Excellent carvery.

The New Inn, Shipton Gorge

Used this pub several times whilst on holiday. The landlord, Gary, is what landlords should be; friendly, welcoming, and interested in his customers. I felt more welcome than I do in my own local. The three Palmers beers are in tip-top condition. The meals are first class too. In view of the pub's history, and it's closure and reopening a few year's ago, I would encourage all committed beer drinkers to use this pub when they're in the vicinity.
