The Fulwich Hotel, Dartford

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! this pub is the pits, i stopped here for a week and had to pay money up front and he also took my card details first so i had no option but to stay, i only actually went into the pub once for a drink and i got that very uneasy unwelcoming feeling, the lager was terrible (i ended up leaving it) the place smelt and wasn't very clean as for the room i was in well there was no window above the door in my room just an open space, they never cleaned the room , the tv was shocking, as like the pub the room didn't smell the nicest, the window was just single glazed with condensation and when your next to the main road it sounds like the cars and lorries are driving through your room, the landlord seems very arrogant, when i thankfully left the building after my hellish week i unfortunately left behind something personnel on the bed and when i phoned up about it they claimed they hadn't come across anything so honesty is a big issue, makes you wonder what happens when your out, so if you've got no choice and have to stop in this hovel i wouldn't leave any valuables in the room while your out but personally i wouldn't let my dog stop here
