The Ship and Mitre, Liverpool

well been away from Liverpool for a few months. no not in nick.
called in the Flaky and guess what,First pint was a flattish beer in a rim Glass.
Had to ask for a top up, as staff are used to Lined Glasses.
quicker to serve us with too. had to wait an age for top-up.
out of six pint's 4 was in rim glasses and short of beer.
and the two in the line glasses was right on the line, was this for asking for a top-up on my other beers.

as for other people defending the ship - Well I see this post was started by cam ( she was employed by the shipandmitre )

I rate this pub as 5 out of ten. a few years ago it was 9 out ten.
you have to fight off the flies if you go in the bar or toilets. also I seen a few mice in the back under the very large pine table. ( where the pool table used to be. )

will be a long time before I go there again.
