BN21, Eastbourne

I think everybody should stop slagging this place off. Just because it used to have a bad reputation it doesn't mean that its still the same. The management team there is Brilliant, the staff are more than friendly, and as for the door team, they are just doing their job. Its not their fault there are sooooo many drunken idiots out and about.
You should be proud to have a pub/bar like that in your area, and if u are not from around there, u are lucky to have visited the place. :)
