The Ostrich Hotel, Robertsbridge

This is a gorgeous country pub. The staff are friendly and so are the locals. They can help you with local information and feed you some good grub; perfect! Close to the station, so you might just wander in by accident, but you'll be glad you did. The bar has pool table, a lovely garden and a big fireplace. They do different themed bbq's too. We came to stay in town May bank holiday weekend, only to find the campsite we'd booked was full up and the lovely people here at the ostrich let us camp in their back garden. They are truly hospitable folk. You cannot go wrong with this pub.
