The Tatnam Hotel, Poole

GONE ! A travesty of justice. One of the few true pubs left in the area. Us locals are left wandering aimlessly around muttering "What are we going to do now"?

The New Inn, Poole

Strange pub with a fixation on cold drinks. If you don't want Ringwood ,or whatever the other beer is called, everything else runs through a cooler system which delivers it to your glass near enough ice-cold. Fine on a hot day , but when the weather is cold wet and windy it's not what I want.

The Antelope Inn, Wareham

My wife and I had a lovely meal here one dinner-time. I had John Dory , a fish I've never seen offered in a pub before.
Also on the menu were venison steaks. Hope to go back one day and try one.
Very polite young man behind the bar. Pub interesting mixture of olde worlde and lots of signs and advertisments.
