The Anchor, Sutton Bridge

Being the landlady of the pub i am quite shocked to hear this and have been told over the past few months since i took over the building that i have made some good improvements by moving things around.. offering a wider menu.. mmaking it more fanily friendly, and currently working on the outside area . Hanging baskets are now up and some decor has been changed. I appreciate everyone is entitled to their own opinion and feel most people find me easy enough to approach should someone be bothering them. The pupb is in a village habited by all ages therefore all ages will venture in and out of the public houses in the village. Also the locals that drink in the pub now are locals that have always drank in there. I should know as i worked for the previous landlord for approx 10 years on and off. I am sorry you felt disappointed and i assure you if ever i hear foul language i am soon to pick people up on it.

Gardeners Arms, Spalding

Recently visited this outlet and was very dissppointed.. The tables had not been cleared very well the staff were amazingly friendly although needed to keep asking each other how to do things..
One thing that did concern me tho was... from the time i ordered my food.. went and sat at my table.. took a sip of my drink.. the food was there!! One scampi and one lasagne ordered prepared and cooked and delivered within about 5minutes...i appreciate they do not want to be kept waiting but this concerns me how long food is left laying around till someone orders it..
