If you've got a grudge against one of the staff members/landlord, why don't you say something to he/she? If you believe that writing behind a hidden name will give you satisfaction, why not try the real thing? And don't target the staff, I'm appauled by this, because I really don't believe that I am miserable. Anyway, as for the landlord, I cannot even understand where what you're saying is coming from?!!! Totally out of order! Putting such things in writing is so disrespectful. Come on now, grow up.

The Royal Oak, Guildford

I'm one of the staff at the Royal Oak, and having only been working there for 2 months I can say that it has got the best atmosphere for any age. This is my first job, and I have been welcomed so kindly by the landlord(s). You could come in any day of the week, and ask any customers who are currently situated in the pub what they think of the service, and undoubtably all of them would say that it is a great pub, and a lovely, kind, and relaxing atmosphere (apart from when there is a party going on, then it isn't soo relaxing, but very fun and kind nevertheless). Anyone who comes into the pub is treated with full respect, and no one will be harassed. I would recommend this pub to everyone and anyone. Not only is there a great selection of drinks (alcoholic AND non alcoholic) but between the hours of 12pm-3pm you can get served quality food, for a very decent price. And I'm not just saying these things because I work there, I am saying these things because I actually, fully believe that this is a brilliant pub, and only having been working currently for two months here, I have had so many customers who haven't been to the pub in 5 years come in and compliment all the changes, and say that The Royal Oak has turned around for the BETTER. Anything negative written about this pub should be ignored, as it is all false information.
Now, come and check out The Royal Oak, get some great tasting ales and a lovely lunch!!!
