Mitchell, she was cleaning glasses, we were in the restaurant right in front of her. She had to pass us to serve in the bar area which she was doing all the time. If she couldn't serve coffee how come she served us our meal in the restaurant. Helpful staff needed who want to help customers .. you need us more than we need you - Laziness doesn't get tips !

Had lunch in there today, very nice food .. they have refurbished to a very high standard, and the car park was quite full, although in the evenings they are not too busy, and no atmosphere, which is a shame. I think it takes time for word to go around that they are under new management. However my husband and I felt the barmaid, who was serving people at tables as well as behind the bar, should not have commented "If you want a cappucino (which we had called out to order while she was at the bar) please come up to the bar to order it". We had just had a meal, and sat next to the bar. Not good customer relations ..... Our rating would have been 10 if it were not for this comment.
