Doggetts Coat and Badge, Southwark

This pub has received a great deal of flak over the past years and I would like to give a description of a positive experience last night. I was hosting a 'pub evening' for an alumni society and the pub offered us a private area whch was very comfortable. I found the staff courteous and friendly and they were efficient in clearing empty glasses and crockery. The sharing platters ordered were well presented with a variety of tasty nibbles and sauces. The ambience of the pub made it one of the most successful pub evenings I have hosted recently. Thank you, The Doggetts!
