MICRO-BREWERY IN MANUFACTURE.

We have been contacted to say that the brewery is being built to our specifications and hopefully should be ready in 4 - 6 weeks time. I feel some good times ahead with practice brewing and tasting sessions. dt, as is the name of the beer, has been trademarked and is officially displayed in the pub via its certificate. dt3 shall be a 3.8 - 3.9 % standard, quaffing ale, and dt4 a 4.1 - 4.2 % IPA. (avb's to be confirmed) I am certain that there shall be penty of 'playing around' with the odd brew to produce anything from a mild to a stout and all those inbetween, given time. Watch this space.

Thanks Latitude. I cant promise a ferret im afraid but the pub wont change to much. Slightly different layout, a lot of tidying up, and now a shortage of animals. We will try our best to accomodate as much of the feedback from the website as we have recieved, and the latest i have is that the micro brewery is scheduled for the summer. All being well we shall be open in 2 weeks time, with the official opening still arranged for Easter weekend.
Hopefully we shall see you soon.

The New Inn, Hadnall

Main road village location, serving 4 real ales and quality home cooked food. The food is excellent and very good value for money and the real ales are all kept to a very high standard. The pub is always a warm place and the managment and staff are always very polite and helpful. 3 regular ales and a 4th rotating guest, so always something to please all tastes. There is a new Friday night steak menu that has recently been rolled out and offers plenty of value steaks, as well as a new �3.50 menu to be starting soon, covering Mon - Sat from 12 Noon until 6pm.

I took the liberty of asking for some details so that i could post a review on here, of which was readily forthcoming.
