The Lyceum, Strand

Some of the comments below leave me slighlty bemused. How can it be more expensive than the Chandos? The whole chain is the same price & Chandos Toasties are 50p more! I've been drinking in there for ages and have never found the barstaff to be surly surley or un coopoerative (with the odd exception, but the less said about certain North Americans the better!). I detect some sour grapes here from a group of student who were probably slung out one evening by the managment for lingering too long over a pint with 4 straws?
