Compleat Angler, Norwich

Used to be a great place to go & very busy. However since the Riverside area got going & this place started to lose trade it seems to have done very little to win it back. Just a tidy up & splash of paint would help.

Queen of the Iceni, Norwich

Now i know it's got it's bad points, but i love this place. Great for a few beers, a sporting event, music, food, & even during the day for a cuppa. Set by the river & a stones throw from other bars, restaurants, a multiplex & the railway station you cannot go wrong. Friendly staff but i just wish the manageress would smile once in a while.

London Inn, Torquay

Not too bad if you arrive early or avoid weekends as gets very busy. Good choice of ales & wine. As usual damn good value. Food we had was very hot & plentiful with quick service.
