The Bridge Inn, Upper Woodford

As a regular customer at the bridge i was shocked to read the comment posted on the 17th of Jan.
My husband and i were also eating at the bridge on the 17th and were sat near to the family from hell!! From the moment they walked in they appeared to try to make life as difficult as possable for the staff. Yes there was a slight wait on food as they appeared to be fully booked, but we were informed of this. The waitress also appeared to be doing everything in her power to look after the family but was reduced to tears by the rude agressive man!
We always have a wonderful time at the bridge and would recomend it to anyone. I also think that man has far to much time on his hands to write as much as he did!
