The New Bush, Brighton

If you are into darts this could be a good pub for you. However, due to the lack of atmosphere and poor selection of ales, I would not suggest it for the average pub goer.

Changed hands a few times over the past decade. It was originally called 'The Bush' then changed to 'Chez Nous'. It didn't fair too well and eventually changed to 'The New Bush'.

Myself and some friends were in there fairly recently watching Manchester United in the Champions League. We were cheering on Manchester United and came under some serious verbal abuse from the locals because of it.

Due to the location of the pub being quite close to Whitehawk, some nasty individuals have holed up here and the environment in general is very hostile.

I tried the food back when the pub was under the name 'Chez Nous'. I had uncooked salmon fillet so it wasnt much better then. I havent tried the food since it changed hands
