The Flask, Highgate

Ordered two Pork Chops. They arrived suspiciously quickly and I initially noticed how small they looked.
My father found little more than grizzle on his, mine was less bad but with many small bones and really thin.
The initial customer service was fine but when we asked to speak to the customer service manager a man called Pat said he was the manager and argued with us that he saw plenty of meat left on the returned plate. His tone was very aggressive and instantly made me feel very angry that we had already paid, arguing that the small size was justified as we had only paid �7.50!
It is a great pity that what was formerley a pub that I often lunched in with colleagues and clients is now very low on my choice of venues.
I would be embarrassed to offer my clients such poor quality in the food, and such aggressive service.
There are also many very high quality gasto-pubsin the vicinity which I will be recommending colleagues and internet review sites to visit instead, including Zizzi, the Vine, The Oxford, and Spaniards Inn, which I believe is managed by the same group.
