disabled friendly,good food, pleasant atmosphere and decour, polite and helpfull staff. What more could you ask for.

Gloucester Arms, Horfield

Greeted with Yeh! No welcome smile or what would you like. Paid �1 to play Andy Williams record which was promptly rejected by the barstaff. Placemats pushed into our hands rather than placed on the table. Not a good start to a relatively new Barras. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. My family and I will not use the Gloucester again.
