The Barmy Arms, Twickenham

This evening I visited the Barmy Arms.

Unfortunately, one of our party fell from the heightened beer garden on route to the bar, hit her head and collapsed. She went out cold and was white as a sheet HOWEVER NOT (And I really mean) NOT DRUNK. We tried to get her to the facilities, to which we failed. After requesting some assistance from the bar, the barman called upon, I presume, the landlady (who had not seen us all night) and (no word of a lie) dragged my friend from the stairs of the pub by the head to the ground in front of the pub, slapping her around the face shouting "you're a bit too old for this" and "we don't have this here" to which my friend came around, utterly embarrassed. I am utterly shocked and appalled. My friend FAINTED. Being brought up in the pub trade and knowing how one should behave in this position makes me write this review to never recommend this establishment. Utterly appalling.
