The Windsor Castle Inn, Lye

I've only just discoverd this site through a friend after we had discussed the pub in question The Windsor Castle Inn.Me and my husband arrived i believe it to be a wednesday or a thursday evening either way this is unescesarry information, at first glance from the traffic lights the place looked quiet cosey and inviting.Intrigued to see if inside was just as lovely as outside we pulled onto the carpark. However to our utter disgust the only place to park was near what we believe to be the sculery door, which was strangely wide open, we looked in and noticed the floor was filthy and covered in food remains we took into account it was an evening and their had most likely been a lot of food preperation and meals produced but still it takes minutes to throw a broom and mop around.The fridge door was left wide open packed with fish and red meats all together on the same shelf and what we believed to be blood was dripping from it onto the floor. In utter haste me and my husband returned to the car and reversed from the carpark, adding to our distress we noticed the chef wearing his whites behind the trellising smoking and leaning on the bins on our way out. I hate to discover what the kitchen must look like if this is how the sculery area is kept. I dont think we will be returning anytime soon.
