Champion, Notting Hill

Lovely pub with generally good service. Great in the summer when they open all the big windows, really airy. Although the last time I was there, when it came to kicking out time, one of the barmen was extremely rude when asking us to drink up (with the bar half full still!).

The Pitcher and Piano, Holborn

Just wanted to say thanks to Sam the barman who gave my girlfriend change to get the bus and then sat with her on the way home, after I had got too drunk, acted like an idiot, and then disappeared. Good lad!

Also, thanks to the other member of staff who kept my bag for me after i had left it there :-)
